Hello softy_gal,

There are 2 'situations' under which you can download frames.

Either for the Standard application (WIN only) OR the enhanced Adobe AIR (currently in BETA - WIN/MAC/LINUX) application.

Downloading frames if you use the Standard application:

To be able to download frames for the Standard application, you need to first have a Pro account.

Once you purchase a Pro account, simply:

- Log in to your account
- Go to the Online Gallery (http://www.frameshow.com/gallery.php)
- Find the frame you want, move the cursor over it and select the "Download Frame" option.
- If you have a license for this frame you will be able to download it, if not you will need to use your available credits (or purchase some if you don't have any) in order to license the frame(s) you want and download them.

To download the Standard application, please click on the "Download Standard Application (Win only)" button at http://www.frameshow.com/download.htm

Downloading frames if you use the enhanced AIR application:

To be able to download the frames above for the enhanced AIR application, you need to have a Basic OR Pro account.

With the Basic account (FREE) you will be able to download frames with a soft watermark seal on them.
With the Pro (fee based) you will be able to download them without a watermark seal on them.

To download the AIR application, please click on the "Download enhanced AIR Version (BETA - Win/Mac/Linux)" button at http://www.frameshow.com/download.htm

Yes, the download is free. You need a PRO account though if you do not want to see the watermark on the frame. Otherwise, you can still use it with a watermark. Thanks.
