FrameShow.com is a site that offers you a platform for the enhancement and pesonalization of photos through different channels.
The Photo Frame Show desktop application, allows you to download and add high quality frames (offered in the Online Gallery) to your images in just a few clicks. Its intuitive interface allows you to easily blend your framed images with your desktop, save them to popular formats, print and email them to the people you want.
The Photo Frame Show E-cards service allows you to frame your images with our high quality frames, add text and send them as e-cards to your friends and loved ones - FREE!

What are the Basic and Pro accounts? Why sign up?
The Basic and Pro accounts are 2 types of accounts that allow you to send FREE e-cards, purchase credits, download frames and much more. Signing up to any of the available accounts offers you a number of options respectively. Read about the differences between the Basic and Pro accounts and what they can offer you.

What is a Frame License?
In order to be able to download and use a frame you need to have a license for it.
There are two types of Frame Licenses:
- License for Personal (Non Professional, Non-Commercial) Use
- License for Professional (Commercial) Use
For detailed info on the rights or restrictions of each license see the "Licensing Terms" page.
Depending on the type of license and frame design, a license for a specific frame costs a specific amount of credits (see "What are Credits?" topic below).

Credits is our “currency” and you can use them to purchase frame licenses. For credit pricing and purchasing information click here.

What are Frame Downloads?
Unlike stock photo services that allow 1 download per purchased photo, we allow 4 re-downloads per frame per year. Each year (365 days) since the frame was initially downloaded, its available downloads are reset to 4.
In case you used all 4 downloads before the reset day, you can expedite the reset with additional credits.
*Note: Downloads on such services are limited due to bandwidth-related issues and we strongly suggest that you keep a backup of your downloaded frames.

How do I purchase credits?
You need to have a Pro account, in order to be able to purchase credits.
- If you have a Pro account, first login and then click here to purchase the credits you want.
- If you have a Basic account, first login and then click here to upgrade to a Pro account and also purchase the credits you want.
- if you do not have a Basic or Pro account, you need to click here to purchase a Pro account along with the credits you want.

Can I share my account with my friends and colleagues?
No. Sharing account info is not allowed. You are responsible for the security of your account info.

Where can I view my available credits
You can view your available credits or even purchase new ones via your Pro account.

How many times can I download a frame?
A purchased license allows 4 downloads per frame within a year (see “What are Frame Downloads”).
